DQtrs has made a donation to be sold at Housing Works’ “Design on a Dime” on May 5, 2011 at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City. Design on a Dime 2011 benefits Housing Works’ 874 Jefferson Avenue Residence Project, a new housing development consisting of 12 permanent units of supportive housing for single, formerly homeless adults living with HIV/AIDS.
DQtrs has contributed to Visual Aid’s Live Art Auction to be held April 28, 2011, 6:30-9pm. The auction is at Chronicle Books, 680 Second St., San Francisco. Come out to support and buy some great art!
Visual Aid is a nonprofit organization founded in 1989 by a group of San Francisco artists, collectors, and art dealers to help preserve, present, and promote the work of Bay Area professional artists from diverse backgrounds living with life-threatening illnesses.

“Apollo Watches” over the International Space Station is the latest addition to the Heavenly Bodies collection at DQtrs. It’s a limited edition tapestry of 12 measuring 76″ X 56″ and available at Propeller, San Francisco or through the DQtrs site.
